In 2020, a studio had an id–okay you get it at this point. Legendary pictures, Warner Bros., and Toho Studios made a deal for a series of movies starring Toho Studio’s roster of Godzilla monsters and agreed for these monsters to rub against America’s King Kong for extra measure in a reboot of the legendary large monster movies of the past. This is the last of the movies to be made under this agreement and boy, what a last movie it is. We’re not pulling our punches with this one.
