Wait, why are you leaving? This is a factual thing and I can prove it using the best logical of all – factual logic. That’s right, Henry’s back onto his insane theories of connecting everything happening today together in order to find the truth of what’s going on in the world today. No one can hide from his keen eye and questionable intelligence. So come on, join John for the ride, cause just like him, you are powerless to stop this conspiracy train from derailing all over the truth. Right here, on Zero Credit(s).
In 2020, a studio made a decision to rectify a mistake they had made in 2017 to return to Justice League and allow director Zack Snyder to finally present his vision for the film. With HBO Max apparently the perfect avenue for this venture, the studio gave Snyder a $70 million budget to recut the film into the original version. What resulted is a four hour long epic of an experience that fully realizes the characters and set pieces introduced in the film with all the Snyder style we’ve come to expect. This Supplemental Reading covers the final three chapters and epilogue of the film in about just an agonizingly detailed pace as the film itself. Also included is the final conclusion and judgement render unto the fil by Henry and John. Will the Snyder Cut be a good? Or will it fall into the realms of being a bad? Only one way to find out, folks, and that’s to listen.

In what can only be described as the calm before the Snyder storm, the ZC boys are here to explore Guinness Irish Stout and their mail. That’s right folks, it’s the first ever mail segment here on the show, thanks in part to DrunkTheory (Drunktheory.com), a friendly podcast exploring conspiracy theories and libations. What are the contents of their mysterious package? Let’s find out. The boys also commend Jade Raymond on the launch of her new studio for Sony and take a walk down memory lane to discover just how good Assassin’s Creed was. John says Mommy Milkers like twice in this episode and Henry has no idea what to do with that information… It’s all here! On Zero Credit(s)! Next week: SYNDER CUT SUPPLEMENTAL READING.
In 2017, a studio had a vision: what if we completely botch a director’s vision by hiring another director to cut out 80% of what’s already been filmed and replace it with quips, jokes, and exclusively closeups to disguise the fact that we couldn’t bring back all the actors at the same time? That studio was Warner Brothers and the film is the theatrical cut of Justice League, a film with a checkered past and sordid behind the scenes tidbits. But does the movie stand up on its own as is? That’s what we aim to find out as we discuss this movie in anticipation of the Snyder Cut that releases next week. Will we want more of this stitched together, Frankenstein of a movie sitting at so exactly at a 2 hour runtime that it must have been intentional, or will this movie fall into the rare annals of history better off left forgotten? Find out in this Zero Credit(s) Supplemental Reading.
We don’t reveal a lot of things on this show, but one thing becomes very clear in this week’s episode. Henry doesn’t know a thing. It’s true. He’s been talking all this time, all these years, and he doesn’t know a thing. Come find out what Henry doesn’t know, although the tags will probably spoil a little of it. Also we discuss the current political landscape, so that’s fun as well!
Look, it can no longer be denied. Zack Snyder is going to save cinema with his cut of Justice League. We all thought it was going to be Christopher Nolan’s Tenet, but that film was a false prophet that dragged cinema down into the dirt. Only Zack Snyder can pull off the movie event of the decade, neigh, the century to singlehandedly save the movie going experience. But no story is complete without a villain, an antagonist to stand in the way of our intrepid hero. Enter Disney, a media conglomerate that owns more properties than a Monopoly board. Disney is raising an army of quality content slated to come out in the next year to three years. Can the Snyder Cut stand up in the face of so much evil? Only time will tell, dear friends. Only time will tell.
The legends speak of the impossible – dragons have returned to the world and Hatsune Miku, the mother of dragons, is their master. Luckily, she’s across the world and can’t threaten us here, but it will only be a matter of time until she crosses the sea and tries to claim what she believes is rightfully hers. Luckily, John has a new fitness beer to give him the buff buzz he needs in order to withstand the fiery breath of the wraith of Quibi – and he’s dead. It’s up to Henry now to try and stand up to the likes of JK Rowling’s weird stance against transpeople – and he’s dead too. Wow, dragons are like…tough. I guess no one can stop Hatsune Miku. It’s all here, this week on Zero Credit(s)!
